The conference will take place at Oud Sint Jan in the heart of the stunning medieval city of Brugge (Bruges).

Housed in a 19th century hospital, the congress centre of Oud Sint Jan has been sympathetically converted to offer excellent modern facilities in an historic building and lies within easy walking distance of the major tourist sites and several excellent hotels.

The unspoilt, medieval city of Brugge has been declared a Unesco World Heritage Site and is renowned for its beautiful architecture and cobbled streets, as well as its famous beers, artisan chocolatiers and excellent cuisine.

During December, the world-famous Christmas Market takes place in the main square and the whole city is adorned with lights and decorations.

Brussels airport receives daily flights from over 200 destinations in 66 countries.  A shuttle train connects the airport with Brussels-Midi station where trains leave every half an hour for Bruges and take approximately 60 minutes.

Brussels is easily connected by train to major European cities, including Paris and London via Eurostar.  Eurostar comes directly into Brussels-Midi station and it is a short platform change to the regular service to Brugge.
